Chairman of the Board, Olaf Christian Valeur
Mr. Valeur, born 1952, has extensive top management experience from international companies such as Alcatel, Thales, Raufoss Technology, as well as 14 years experience from the Norwegian Army. Mr. Valeur holds a Bachelor in Electronics and a Master in Information Technology, both from The Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology.
Member of the Board, Nils Erik Skarsgård
Mr. Skarsgård, born 1952, has broad international experience from leading positions in Raufoss ASA (CEO), Alcatel Telecom Norway AS (CEO), Kitron ASA (Chairman of the Board), and Hafslund Nycomed ASA (Director of International market and sales). During the last 10-15 years he has as founder and entrepreneur extensive experience from designing and implementing financial and structural growth strategies. Nils Erik has over the past 10 years raised approximately 200 MUSD for emerging companies and technologies. Mr. Skarsgård holds a MBA.
Member of the Board, Kjell Gunnar Meinich-Bache
Mr. Meinich-Bache, born 1967, is founder, partner and manager of three corporate investment companies managing investment portfolios of a total of 37 separate companies mainly located within oil service industry and real estate (ProInvest, Norse Cutting and Abandonement, Norse Group, Stavanger Maskinering, Simplicity, Chaintrain etc.). He operates as board member, general manager or working chairman in more than 20 companies. Mr. Meinich-Bache holds a Master degree in Managerial Accounting and Economics (University of Aalborg, Denmark, 1992) and a Masters degree in Management and Business Development (Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands,1993).
Member of the Board, Haakon Korshavn
Mr. Korshavn, born 1963, has broad experience in managing positions from several companies such as Hitec O, Kidra, DataVision and Binders Reklamebyrå. Also, he has been managing director of Rogaland KunnskapsInvest's investment fund. As business developer manager in Rogaland Science Park he has broad knowlegde of innovation, strategy and technology transfer. In addition he has extensive experience as board member/chairman. Mr. Korshavn holds a M.Sc. in Strategy and Organisations, received from University in Aalborg, Denmark.
